Set in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, David, Dawn and family welcome you to their spacious, modern farmhouse accommodation. All rooms have en-suite facilities and are suitable for business people, holidaymakers and families alike. Holly Tree Farm nestles in the shadows of Jodrell Bank with the famous grade one listed Lovell Telescope just a stone's throw away.

Our accommodation is a modern 4 bedroom detached house adjacent to the family farmhouse. This allows our guests to come and go as they please. We offer a full breakfast, served in our farmhouse just a short walk away, or please contact us to request a room only price.

Holly Tree Farm is a working family farm, with sheep, beef and poultry. Guests are invited to explore the farm and meet the farm pets. At lambing time, you can watch the sheep being lambed.

For those travelling on business, Holly Tree Farm is ideally situated within easy reach of Jodrell Bank and Barclays Radbroke Hall. We are also very conveniently situated for the wedding venues of Colshaw Hall and Merrydale Manor.

If you are looking for leisure pursuits we are also within easy reach of many attractions.
